Change Notifications in ChangeBreeze
Whenever you create a normal change in ChangeBreeze, the system keeps everyone informed throughout the process with clear notifications. Here’s what happens:
Technical Approval
Once a change is submitted, the technical approver receives a notification asking them to review and approve the change.
Operational Approval
After the technical approval, the operational approver is notified to review and approve the change.
Change Approved
Once both approvals are complete, you (the change creator) receive a “Change Approved” notification.
Any stakeholders listed in the change also get notified, so everyone stays in the loop.
If your company uses Microsoft Teams notifications, a message is sent there too.
Change Implementation
When the change starts, notifications are sent to you, the approvers, and any stakeholders, so everyone knows the implementation is underway.
Change Completion
When the change finishes successfully, all relevant parties receive a “Change Completed” notification.
If any issues occur during implementation, a “Change Failed” notification is sent, explaining what went wrong and if a rollback is required.
Change Rejection
If the change is rejected at any approval stage, the creator and stakeholders are immediately notified with the reason for rejection.
