How to Duplicate a Change

For MSP & Organisation Users (Multi-Company Access)

MSP and Organisation users can duplicate changes to any company they have access to, including across different tenants.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  • Navigate to Changes List: Go to the changes list at https://changebreeze.com/changes/
  • Find the change you want to duplicate in the list
  • Click the three-dot menu icon (⋮) on the right side of the change row
  • Click "Duplicate Change" from the dropdown menu
  • A modal window appears with:
    • The change title being duplicated
    • A dropdown to select the target company
    • Information about what will be copied
  • Choose from the dropdown:
    • Select the same company to copy all settings
    • Select a different company to create a cross-company duplicate
  • Click the "Duplicate" button
    • Automatic Actions:
    • If duplicating to a different company, you're automatically switched to that company's context
    • You're redirected to the edit form for the new duplicated change
    • A success message confirms: "Change duplicated successfully to [Company Name]."
